They don’t deliver water they just charge you and promote on the way. Worst customer experience.
UPDATE: 1 month later after cancelling their services due to no water delivery, they still have not picked up their equipment! I am about to take it all to the dump if you all do not pick it up, do you all still have employees? All the empty bottles and stand have been on my front porch for a month now. Last water delivery 6/20/25 was told July 15th we would get a delivery and the system kept moving it back a day. Finally cancelled service and ordered a pallet of bottled water on Amazon which turns out cheaper. They were supposed to pick up empties and dispensers 7/30/25 and as of 8/7/25 still not picked up. They have until Monday the 11th to pick there shit up or it will be gone another route. Dam shame Diamond springs sold the business. ignore 1 start they get none.
UPDATE: After 2 months of running my 86 and 87 year old grandparents around telling them different lies and that their water was coming every single day AND NEVER CAME. I just got off the phone with customer service she hung up on me after I asked what their deal was and tried to call them back and she hung up as soon as she heard my voice. Update: July 29th delivery was seamless! I even called ahead to double check and add bottles and my delivery date did not jump back weeks. Also no wait for customer service. They might have straightened their transition out. Thank goodness. (Old review in RVA) After delivery problems in May, June and July and with several 45+ minutes wait customer service calls, I am understandable concerned for my upcoming delivery.
