Update: July 29th delivery was seamless! I even called ahead to double check and add bottles and my delivery date did not jump back weeks. Also no wait for customer service. They might have straightened their transition out. Thank goodness. (Old review in RVA) After delivery problems in May, June and July and with several 45+ minutes wait customer service calls, I am understandable concerned for my upcoming delivery. Good luck speaking to a human being! No email, only an option to send Twitter-length messages into the ether. No response when you call the phone number. They promised to deliver one bottle and pick up all my empties, the driver instead REPLACED all my empties, and then they charged me for them all! And refused to pick them up! I was so tired of this company I wanted to just pay their faulty bill and be done with them - but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to do it! Terrible service since the Primo Brands merger. I have not received water delivery in 2 months and I am out of water. They have ghosted on multiple delivery dates, would call customer service to reschedule and “oh we will give you 3 bottles for free and waive delivery fee” unacceptable. Expect to be on the phone for 45+ minutes to talk to someone to figure out what’s going on. Guess it’s time to cancel their services, this is ridiculous.
Since the merger, our experience has significantly declined. Deliveries are frequently rescheduled without notice, making the service feel unreliable. It's also frustrating that there’s no accessible support to address these issues. On a positive note, the delivery drivers themselves are consistently excellent.
The worst company ever. Zero customer service they haven’t delivered my water in about 8 weeks. I would give them zero stars if I could. The lie and lie. I hope everyone fires them
