I am so frustrated with the company in the St. Johns, Fl area. Either no water delivered on time, or as this week, more delivered than requested and a chunk of money taken out of my checking acct. I was not budgeting. Takes up to an HOUR to talk to customer service. They have no power to correct my bill and credit or remove my auto billing. Every other delivery I have at least one 5 gallon bottle that is leaking. It's ridiculous. I would change services if there was anyone else that delivers to my area. If you have another option, use it. I had Nestle before for years at another location and never had a leaking bottle. Their bottles were so much thicker, Crystal Springs bottles are so thin its asking for trouble.
This is the worst company I have ever hired for anything. The Lindenhurst NY location is the worst and you are on hold for over an hour every time you call for assistance. Some assistance for never helping their customers. I have been waiting a week for a replacement water unit. Thanks to Bill the regional manager in the Lindenhurst NY location we have received no replacement nor a call…. nothing. I would rate them in the negative if I could. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR!! I called led to have our non functioning water cooler we rent exchanged for new one. I asked for a 2 hour window for the delivery exchange. It was schedule between 8am and 10 am on 2/10/2021. I advised them I could not leave the cooler outside all day due to HOA rules. Hours passed with no deliver so I called only to find out the delivery had been moved to 2/12/2021. No one called me to let me know this. The customer service order line staff was very friendly. Then the actual delivery man called stating he would not be able to get our water delivery started until 2 days later than scheduled. No problem even though he wasn't a happy fellow. He never showed, no call. 4 days later, still nothing. Called a very curt customer service this time and asked her to cancel our order. Worst experience ever can’t get a cooler that don’t leak they delivered a cooler to my house this morning at 5:19 am it was dirty and water ran out as fast as it went in customer service is no help and rout guy or his manager will Never call you back
