Horrible delivery service. Constantly get cancelled or no show water service. Our pricing started at $7.99 per 5 gallon and now with all the extra fees its up to $16 per bottle. Customer service out of Florida is very nice, drivers are very nice, however, route management is extreemely horrible. Did receive a responce from this review. I gave the girl my contact info to find my account a week ago.....no follow up since. Corporate may be making me special water for this review
TERRIBLE service in Arnold, MD. CONSTANTLY rescheduled after having to call them to find out why my delivery didn't show. Nothing but excuses every single time. Whomever schedules your driver's schedules needs to be fired. 4 months of the same issues and no resolve. Twice they took bottles and didn't leave water! Twice, notes were left for a "manager" to call me because of the constant issues. Guess how many calls I got.....if I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We've been using this service for over 5 years and have had a good relationship with them. Our schedule of services is automated so we never have to worry about pick up or delivery. Other than one dispute that I can recall, we've been able to resolve any issues by calling the main line. All the customer service representatives have been kind, helpful, and professional.
