They stink. Cant seem to understand what dont leave out our upper driveway means. Lately bn diff driver everytime time.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had, starting with trying to simply replace my dispenser because it stopped dispensing cold water, then after getting frustrated with the non-responsiveness of that, trying to cancel my service. It has been over 2 months and I'm still waiting. No one calls as promised to give any information on when, or if they are coming, and when you contact their customer service department, they have scripted answers--"I'm sorry". Fraudulently set me up an account and sent me to collections without notice. They should be shut down!
