The worst company. They just do not show up on the day of delivery. Every time that I called customer service, it took 30 minutes or more to get a hold of them. They are never helpful, not even when you speak to a supervisor. They are apologetic but can never find a solution. They cannot communicate to the driver nor to the branch manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been with this company for about a year and a half and the recent months they have missed my delivery dates and customer service has no solutions other then texting the driver to make sure my water is delivered. WARNING TO ALL - GO TO ANOTHER WATER SERVICE. Crystal Springs is DUMP.
This is the worst water services you can get please don’t do this horrible mistake they don’t send me a monthly bills and nexting I receive a letter from collection agency, please don’t make the same mistake I made.
Repeated failures to deliver water. Amazing organizational incompetence. I've been a customer of theirs for years and tolerated a certain degree of screwups. But recently (spring 2016) it got much worse, so we canceled the service. They failed to deliver on 4 consecutive days they'd promised to show up, so I canceled. Then they didn't show up to remove their equipment either! You're better off with no water at all than with this company, based on my experience.
