Do not waste your coin, patiences or time with this company. I’m currently in the process of closing my account and they have refused to find capable drives to retrieve the remaining bottle sitting in my apartment after scheduling 3 pick-ups and no one attempting to actually pick them up.
Awful...just awful. If I could rate with zero stars I would. Do not choose Crystal Springs. They are unprofessional and apathetic.
After a year of service, they only came half the time. I canceled service in February and they decided to deliver water, but didn’t pick up the empty bottles. It took 3 trips out and lots of phone calls to get it all picked back up. Four months later I’m still waiting on my credit to be refund, and that’s taken 5 phone calls so far, and I still have to give it another week to see if it goes through. Such a hassle and not in service for the customer.
Can't get water horrible customer service. We depend on clean water to survive.
