They scheduled the initial delivery and I️ called 4 x throughout the day to find out where they were and on the last cal I️ made they told me they were rescheduling me and unable to deliver to me that day. No thank you, I️ cancelled the order before I️t ever started. Too bad I️ can’t give them 0 stars. Worst customer service ever!

This company sucks! They stopped delivering water to me without any explanation explaining why. The last time I had water delivered was in February. I called and emailed DOZENS of times from March thru April only to be told "we're sorry ma'am and someone will be in your area next week." I was told that same lie over and over again. I went on vacation for a whole week during spring break and still no water. I finally told them to come and get the dispenser/cooler since I had no water to put in it. The are ungodly awful. I placed an order for new water service on a jobsite 2 weeks before service was required (allowing myself a 3 day buffer). They did not deliver on the scheduled day, the next day, or the day after. The company was unable to reach the driver and he would not return messages that they left asking him to call the customer (me). I canceled their service and got very prompt service from another water service. don't waste your time dealing with Crystal Springs Water. They are awful.
