I would give zero stars if i could. This company has refused to pick up the equipment after we have tried to return it to them and yet they continue to bill or put you into collections and they try to charge you more than you owe like 400-700$ for collections. Save your money and look for better company. They will lock you out of your account and stop delivering and keep charging you but will refuse to pick up or deliver no matter how hard you try to return the item
As you may have seen the reviews on this company they are indeed true the WORST customer service possible I am waiting a week already to get my delivery nothing they don’t bother to even call the customer and let them know what’s going on when you even try to call you get put on hold forever so as the reviews goes they are the worst customer service and possibly company ever still have not gotten my water I would strongly recommend to get another company this one is a JOKE stay away if you don’t want a major headache
