Horrible customer service. Weeks and weeks with no deliveries, then they leave the water in the hot sun and don’t take the empty bottles. Ready to cancel my service.
Terrible customer service. Sit on hold for nearly an hour. Get missed delivery resolved. New date selected. Date comes and goes with no delivery. 2nd missed delivery in nearly 3 weeks. Check online and an arbitrary later date is listed. Empties been on front porch for nearly 3 weeks now. Call again. Nearly another hour to speak to someone. Sorry, they say. The listed date is best we can do. But you blew off two prior dates. No shows. Sorry. All we get. Terrible customer service.
When the salesman came into our shop he told me the price would be $7.99 a month the first bill was $46 the second was $36 and the third was $61 there’s ton of hidden fees don’t fall for the scheme when I called to cancel the account I ended up owing even more if I could give zero stars I would

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Consistently canceling and changing delivery dates leaving us without water. When you call they blame it on driver changes every time and say they will get back to you, and never do. Never offering to make it right. Will be canceling my service, which is sad because I have been using this company for 7 years. They continue to increase prices and service gets worse and worse. Look elsewhere for water delivery, especially if you’re in south Florida.
