ZERO STARS!!!!!! Primo is the absolute worst. No water delivery for months so I cancelled my account. They continued charging me for the equipment rental when we had to water to even use it. Now they won't pickup the equipment rental and empty bottles. They are deducting the rental cost from the refund on my account for the bottles. I've made many requests for pickup but it gets rescheduled every time. Looks like I'll also have to cancel my card they require for autopay because I can't remove it from my account.
I have the same experience as the last reviewers. We have been abandoned and stuck with 12 empty bottles, two tanks and lots of broken promises over 6 months. No respect for long time customers and false delivery dates happen daily. I had to start ordering from Le Bleu to get the water I needed. The sad part is that the demand for the bottle service is strong so this is a missed opportunity by the poor leaders over this company. The Primo Brands buyout has destroyed the business and the brand.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received by any company I think I have ever dealt with in my life. Since Primo has taken over, we can’t get a delivery. The quickest delivery we have ever had was after being reschedule 4 times and delayed for a month. 4 deliveries in the past year and a month delay with multiple phone calls and complaints was the quickest.
