My business ordered water from this company, what a horrible experience. When we asked that our scheduled water deliveries be skipped the driver would still come and drop off the water to our neighbors since we were not in the office. We would be charged for the unwanted water and not receive an empty refund because we were not there to trade out bottles. I called and asked how to stop the unwanted deliveries and was told that if I did not make a payment on the account it would freeze my deliveries until I was ready for them... read more
