Horrible company to deal with. They applied my check to the wrong account and after 3 weeks, still haven’t corrected the problem and sent me a nasty late notice. Very poor business. Will never do business with them or their affiliates again.
I order mountain valley spring water from these guys because they're the only option I have for mineral water in 5gal glass bottles. They CONSTANTLY miss delivery dates. I think for the 6ish months I've been with them, they've only been on time like 3-4 times. Sometimes I run completely out of water and have to buy the bottles from Wegmans or whole foods, which is much more expensive. I don't know what to do, but if I had a choice I'd never use them again. I can't get 5 gallon delivery in glass bottles anywhere else.
Had a great experience with this company. I ordered water service for my elderly mother because her waterline broke. Not only did they deliver ahead of schedule to help her, but also carried in house to set up for her , which they didn't have to do with Covid policy. Good hearted company and very professional. By the way, my mom loves the taste of the Water ! ... We'll stick with them for life and recommend to everyone looking for quality water service.
This was a cheaper option compared to competing water companies in the area, well you know how the saying goes..You get what you pay for! The water is NEVER delivered. We've had multiple delivery dates and no water each time. I had to sit on the phone for an hour and fight for a manager to have it dropped off. Customer service is a dread to get ahold of. It says on the recording supervisors randomly monitor the conversations but I dont understand what conversations they could be monitoring since nobody ever answers the phone... read more
