Well after reading these reviews I’m not surprised by my experience! This is the 3rd time I have been scheduled for my first delivery! No idea when or even if they are showing up! First 2 days were no show and no call! Beyond frustrating! Clearly this company is terrible! I called customer service after the second no show no call and the woman said I’m in Florida I didn’t know they weren’t coming. LOL wait I thought YOU were customer service. Been a customer for 8 years and here in Bluffton sc I have received by far the worst service. The actual delivery man is so kind but the company is trash and doesn’t care about their clients. I have a baby and depend on my water and they keep missing and skipping deliveries without notice. If you call the call center can’t do anything. I will be cancelling my service at this point.
Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Day 1 with this company I waited all day for delivery just for the driver to reschedule to the next day, without giving me a notice. My first dispenser the hot water didn’t work. Second delivery was delivered to the wrong house, and I was still charged for it. I got a replacement dispenser on the 3rd delivery and the instant I plugged it in it started smoking. It smelt like burning plastic, and the water never came out. I was trying to avoid leaving a bad review, but they have missed 4 deliveries at this point. We have empty bottles sitting in our driveway waiting to be collected. We live on an island with terrible water filtration, so we are now having to go to the store to buy it, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid, both for the hassle and to reduce plastic waste. Terrible experience! Driver never showed up for first delivery despite repeated calls. Extremely rude customer service who didn’t even apologize as I cancelled. Avoid this garbage company.
