Well after reading these reviews I’m not surprised by my experience! This is the 3rd time I have been scheduled for my first delivery! No idea when or even if they are showing up! First 2 days were no show and no call! Beyond frustrating! Clearly this company is terrible! I called customer service after the second no show no call and the woman said I’m in Florida I didn’t know they weren’t coming. LOL wait I thought YOU were customer service. Been a customer for 8 years and here in Bluffton sc I have received by far the worst service. The actual delivery man is so kind but the company is trash and doesn’t care about their clients. I have a baby and depend on my water and they keep missing and skipping deliveries without notice. If you call the call center can’t do anything. I will be cancelling my service at this point.
Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Day 1 with this company I waited all day for delivery just for the driver to reschedule to the next day, without giving me a notice. My first dispenser the hot water didn’t work. Second delivery was delivered to the wrong house, and I was still charged for it. I got a replacement dispenser on the 3rd delivery and the instant I plugged it in it started smoking. It smelt like burning plastic, and the water never came out.
