Ive cancelled my service due to unpredictable deliveries and poor water taste since the merger with Crystal Springs. .I’ve been trying to get a driver to pick up all the remaining bottles and the cooler. A driver showed up today and did not get the cooler and only picked up one empty bottle and left the others.
Awful service in the North Georgia area We made multiple attempts to get a simple water delivery and it was nothing but frustration. Two delivery dates were scheduled and both were missed with no communication. Every email, web form, and follow-up was ignored. I have been with Nestle aka Ready Refresh and now Primo Brands for at least 7 years now. Primo Brands is the worst! I have had a driver and this office change delivery days anywhere from 3-5 times for each delivery and to even skip deliveries without my knowledge or consent. A manager guaranteed my delivery today more than a week ago after the driver attempted to skip my delivery this month. The excuses are crazy! Unfortunately this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They pushed us back on delivery for 4 weeks so I canceled my delivery and have a new provider. They were supposed to pickup my empty bottles for credit but instead delivered new bottles. It has now been over a month and they have not come back to pick them up. It’s been 10 days and we still haven’t received our water delivery. This is completely unacceptable. No updates, no explanation – just silence. We rely on this service for our daily needs, and being left without water for this long is beyond frustrating.
