I signed up for this program in Sams Club and 3 rescheduled appointments later…no water. This is ridiculous
Worst ever I have been awaiting a delivery for over 2 months they advised due to mergers and heavy heavy delivery schedules. They were trying to catch up and behind. They offered to waive my delivery and make my next two deliveries for free. They guaranteed I would receive my delivery on a particular date and that date changed everyday for 2 months. I literally would give Primo Brands 0 stars if I could. The only delivery that was on time was the 1st one. I already had some problems when it was ReadyRefresh but it does seem like problems got worse after the merger. As other reviews have mentioned, there is much inconsistency with deliveries. Usually it’s at least 2-3 scheduled deliveries before they actually successfully deliver your water.
