Terrible experience with this company and delivery experience. Constantly rescheduled and missed delivery dates. Totally unreliable. Do not recommend.
This company is HORRIBLE about delivering and keeping their word. We would go weeks without water. We finally had enough after waiting weeks and receiving a batch of water with what appeared to be tissue in it and decided to close our account. When we called to close the account they convinced us that we would be put on a VIP list and our deliveries would be guaranteed with a $5 discount. We agreed and the order still didn’t show up. This has been one of the WORST services. I order 8 five gallon bottles a month and only end up with four each delivery. The delivery guy told my husband that it’s against the law to climb three flights of stairs. Mind you we only have two. I mean what does their job entail? I would assume that for a delivery driver needs to know it has to be delivered to the door. On top of that we call in and they schedule for the other four two to three weeks out. Do not buy from this company. They took over Ready Refresh and have continued to bill me without delivering my water. They will simply not show up and say it is delivered. Customer service gives you the runaround so you never get resolution. When you reach someone, they will talk good but no refund or delivery as promised is made. They even neglected to close my account as requested. Legal action must be taken against them to stop these fraudulent practices.
Never deliver on time. They say delivery is scheduled then never show and post another delivery that they also don't show up for. Dropped 5 5gal jugs at the top of the driveway didn't pick up used bottles now I've got 10 empty bottles laying around that they are charging me deposit on Worst company ever!
