Just like the most recent reviews state, it’s a joke to call this a “delivery service”. We have not received a single delivery since November 2025 (we are now more than halfway through Jan 2026). 2 of the previous deliveries said they were cancelled by our company which was never the case! Once I finally was able to get a hold of a real person (which is a task on its own), we were finally told “oh the water you originally had selected is no longer deliverable in your area”. If Primo Water were an Olympic sport, canceling deliveries would take home the gold. I have not received a single delivery since November. Not one. Yet every week, like clockwork, I call customer service and am confidently told, “Your delivery will happen in a few days.” Spoiler alert: it never does. Instead, the delivery gets canceled the same day, over and over again, times one million. Customer Service is absolutely reprehensible. The only thing consistent about this company and it's "delivery service" is that you will not get your delivery. They will state it was delivered and take the old container but not leave the new one, you will get rescheduled 4-5 times in a row only to get rescheduled or falsely delivered again. They assure you it will get delivered the next time and still fail. Customer service seems nice but it only matters if you can provide service (which does not happen). Terrible experience with this company and delivery experience. Constantly rescheduled and missed delivery dates. Totally unreliable. Do not recommend.
This company is HORRIBLE about delivering and keeping their word. We would go weeks without water. We finally had enough after waiting weeks and receiving a batch of water with what appeared to be tissue in it and decided to close our account. When we called to close the account they convinced us that we would be put on a VIP list and our deliveries would be guaranteed with a $5 discount. We agreed and the order still didn’t show up.
