This company has Horrible customer service, I have been dealing with an over charge for the last 2 months!! Every time you talk with someone they give you a different answer or you have to talk with a different department, you can be on hold for up to 45 minutes. Making the call a couple hours. The managers do not even have the authority to correct any issues. No one has the same knowledge.
