The delivery of the water is poor. There are days when they do not show up and do not communicate the changes in delivery. I do like the water, but communication is lacking with the company.
We have been using Crystal Springs for about 2 months now and the service has been great. We were not sure how many bottles we would use, but they have been very responsive and delivery timely.
We got information about Crystal Springs from one of our friends. And we were satisfied for the first month or so. But after the first month, we were made to regret our decision to go for crystal springs. Once a month, delivery person would keep a can outside the door and just leave. They wouldnt care to knock the door to collect the empty cans or even the weather. This month is even worse.
