Absolute worst delivery water service ever. Do not recommend at all!! Zero rating!!!!! I have 19 empty bottles, they won't pick up empties when they deliver water and they won't deliver water on a consistent bases,they skip us month to month and never alert us of the changes. This has been the absolute worst water service ever!! So unprofessional. The manager Adrice Andrino must not be concerned with bad reviews and horrible service from his branch. Worse than the DMV & every rotten utility company combined. They don't even deserve 1 star. The other reviews are 100% accurate. Since Primo bought them out, there are beyond terrible
Changed delivery 3 times. You will be put on hold for 45min to cancel your account
RUN!!!!!!!!!!! They deserve ZERO stars. I was a customer for about 10 years, through the Costco program, until the Primo merger a few months ago. We got 12 5 gallon bottles every month to our house, as we have a large family. April was our last delivery, then in May missed our delivery, rescheduled, missed that delivery, rescheduled...this happened about a dozen times. The delivery service of this company used to be very good. Since July 2025 we have been without water for 5 weeks. They say they will delivery tomorrow and the date keeps changing. Around the third week of July 2025, they said they delivered the water but it never reached our work place. On July 25th they said they would deliver on July 28th. No delivery. On July 31, they said they would deliver on 1st August 2025. No delivery. On August 4th they said they would deliver on August 5th. We are still waiting. Its been a nightma... read more
