Wish I could give negative stars. Will never again spend money with this company or refer/suggest anyone to. Cancellation after cancellation, with no excuse, but my neighbor gets their delivery.?? Told me I had to wait two months for a delivery. Unacceptable. Don’t waste you time or money.
This company has horrible customer service. While systems are down and their customers cannot update or cancel orders online they also have their phone systems down so customers are unable to contact them. Therefore, you cannot make any changes to deliveries and are forced to get whatever was last on your account from previous shipments. It’s been over three days now where customers cannot get in contact with customer service because “systems are down”.
I have tried for three days to contact this company and the wait time to talk to anybody on the phone is absolutely horrendous. I've been on hold for over 33 minutes this morning. Still holding...... All I want to do is cancel my service because we are moving. I cannot cancel online and the only way to contact this company is to hand write them a letter through snail mail or call an 800 phone number. Been waiting on a prepaid water delivery for over two days. No contact from the service. I've called and emailed several times. No response.
DO NOT PURCHASE WATER FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is horrible. Delivery schedule is sporadic and they WILL NOT CANCEL your account regardless of how many times you call and ask to cancel!
