Our water hasn’t been delivered in over a week and no one answers the customer service number. We will need to resort to a chargeback and cancel our credit card just to get our money back. If anyone cared about consumer rights, I’d also post on BBB but it seems like a waste of my time
Just like the countless other reviews, the service absolutely sucks!! Canceled deliveries the day of, completely skipped deliveries without any notification and rising prices. Now that the merger with Primo is in the works, you can't get through to anyone on the phone and the website isn't helpful at all. I've currently been on hold for 24 minutes because they were supposed to deliver our water on Monday and it's now Thursday with no water. And it's not like I can use the website to get help. My last 2 or 3 maybe more, deliveries have been canceled the day of delivery, I've lost count by now. We have been dealing with these people for at least 3 years, the price increases and the customer service has gone down considerably.
Absolutely atrocious customer service! Not worth your time or money because they value none of it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Deliveries would be canceled the day of multiple times. Had instances where on the day I did actually receive a delivery the driver would then notify me that the items I ordered were no longer being carried. Contacted customer service in November 2024 and my account is still open. I just want these empty bottles picked up so that I can be refunded my money and move on with my life. Worst service ever!!
