We had issue with our old service missing deliveries and when we switched to Crystal Springs that problem disappeared. Reliable and fair pricing.
I have been using this company for 2 years and have had nothing but trouble, so today 10/24/24 I cancelled them.. I have never had such bad customer service. They bring the wrong amount or they don’t bring any water at all and cancel your delivery at their discretion.. WHAT!! So then I have to wait 2 weeks to get my next order resulting in me running out of water..
Very unreliable company ordered water last week. Promised delivery Thursday. “NO SHOW” Called in they apologized. and promise that my water will be here following Tuesday + call from supervisor. Today is wed no call, no show. I used to have crystal water service in Washington state. When I moved to Maryland I discovered they delivered on the military base and was excited to get our service back! HOWEVER, it has been nothing but a disappointing disaster! They rescheduled my initial setup twice without notice. When they finally did show up everything was left on my porch water cooler and all. Zero stars. Deliveries are repeatedly rescheduled without notice. I am currently waiting on a delivery 9+ days late that has been rescheduled without notice. Driver dropped off the wrong order and when I told him he said ‘ok’ and drove away. Customer service is rude and uncaring. Absolutely pathetic company
