These people aren't stable with any work they do besides taking your money. Just because my automatic payment failed, they send a collection company for a stupid empty water bottles... What a cheap act. At least they could have called to let me know, so I can give them another card. I don't even know why bother to give 1 star, you deserve nothing.
DO NOT USE! Crystal Springs is happy to take your money and never deliver any actual water. They will set up an appointment and then continue rescheduling all the while you are paying for nothing.
