No longer a reputable company. A rep finally, after complaints, told me that the water does not come from a natural Spring, but is PURIFIED with chemicals, in a 9 step process.... no details disclosed. After reading up about the purification process, it is not healthy, ingredients are added that do not appear on lists of safe purification additives. My firm has been using Crystal Springs Water for several years. Spotty to terrible service but this week was the absolute worst experience of all. We were out of water so we called Monday and they said they would be there on Tuesday. We called Wednesday and they said they would be there Thursday. And Friday they said they would be there today. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We are out. We will never do business with this company again. #crystalspringssucks.

I have 5 empty bottles of water, no way to contact this distributor, a bill that remains unpaid due to lack of response from this company. I can't believe that they have not been investigated for consumer fraud . Reading other reviews has led me to realize that I am not alone in this complaint against this company.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I currently have 12 bottles of water sitting in my house and I can't get them to stop sending them to me or come to pick them up. I've called customer service numerous times, and they have been nothing but rude and say there's nothing they can do, that I will be charged for the water that I never asked for in the first place. I filled out the support page online to fix the machine. After NEVER receiving ananswer I moved on. They continued to bill me and I trying to send me to collections after billing me for 14 months on a machine that they never fixed.
