I have had on order 2 5 Gallon bottles of water and they have failed to deliver any water in the 3 Months since I placed the order. I called to cancel the account and it took 10 minutes of speaking to a representative. I tried to delete my Debit Card information from the website and only Customer Service can delete that information. This has been one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Delivery is a joke, they haven't delivered water in over a month even after multiple calls. Update: I got rid of the service, switched to Crystal springs delivery things were going great and then they merged with primo and almost immediately began to have problems with delivery. I would get notices saying water was delivered and there was no water delivered but was charged for it, water delivery date was changed daily without any notification, there's no one to talk to you unless you want to wait and it's almost impossible t... read more
Horrible Experience! Signed up for Primo Brands while in Sam’s Club. Delivery was initially scheduled and then rescheduled five times before I decided to call and cancel. When I called, they apologized and asked me to give them one more chance and offered me a free bottle of water due to the inconvenience. Very disappointed with the service this company does not provide. No delivery since April 11th. They won't even pick up their equipment and empty bottles. There is no way to even contact the local branch. Hope this company can get it together because we do enjoy the Mountain Valley Spring water!
I used this service for years. They merged back in May and we have had nothing but INSANE issues. Charging my account for deliveries that never came, constant cancellations and reschedules, HOURS on hold on the phone… The online portal doesn’t work. I’m honestly SHOCKED at how awful this is? How is it not fixed yet?? We canceled our service, it took two months for them to pick up the equipment. Somehow I still have an active account???
