We signed up at Sam's Club for Ready Refresh, all these false promises, discounts for a few months, a $30 gift card. This company is garbage and I don't know how they make any money. Deliveries were not on time from the beginning, added my card on file for auto pay and they charged me a $20 late fee. Now they stopped carrying the water brand we liked and missed this month's delivery all together. Canceled. Run away from them.
Had delivery scheduled for the 4th. Every day after the 4th we received a text message the water delivery was delayed. We are now well over a week of daily delays and no delivery has been made. Getting help from customer service is very difficult. We are just here waiting and they have been paid.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND EVERYONE SEEMS INCOMPETENT. DELIVERIES DONT COME EVEN THOUGH EMAILS SAY THEY ARRIVE, INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND SALES PEOPLE. DONT FALL FOR THE REPS HUSTLING THE SERVICE AT SAMS CLUB. KEEP WALKING! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I HATE THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Would give zero if I could. Inconsistent deliveries, rescheduling all the time, they leave bottles outside of business hours in front of our building so they never take the recycled bottles back with them. I get charged by the company before deliveries happen and then no one ever shows up so I’m paying $60 for nothing every two weeks
My service has been rescheduled for MONTHS. Then they charged my account but didn't deliver the water. It showed up they made a delivery but did not. In the process of canceling thus service. Im better off going to the store buying it off the shelf
