4 missed deliveries! Over a week late and every time I call customer care they rescheduled my delivery for the following week.
I found this from Costco . The water is good but… they not professional, the just call . But i didnt pick up and they dont email and when you forget to pay they go to collection fast.the collection site even not working when i wanna pay, get email tho after you pay and give your card information.the worst. Is the DELIVERY they like ghost. We need to wait them a whole day like 8 hours 8-5.only monday to Friday (which we work those day most if time) so need day off special for them,not give delevery time ( you just need wait) ... read more
Braindead delivery men who can't follow instructions (leave as many bottles as i leave out) and can't count. Called, then was promised to have the rest delivered, never happened. Now I have to call again. One more incident and I cancel. Stop hiring incompetent workers!
Keeps delivering broken bottles. Dealt with this over a year with multiple support requests and they just do not care.
