I am super impressed by their customer service. There was a slight snafu with my bottle delivery; I notified customer service and Anna (the rep who took the call) not only rectified the situation but also answered my question about getting a better cooler model which is being delivered on Monday (the kind with the bottle on top of the cooler). Very happy! Also great pricing.
I am extremely disappointed and really quit mistified with this company. I had an issue with having water delivered and contacted them. 3 times about the same issue. Each time i was assured that a delivery was imminent. Two weeks later and still no one has shown up. I have called customer service, no one can give me an answer about what is going on, supervisors are not available, and the rep told me the company is in Florida while I am in ohio, they contract with vendors to do the delivery and so they "have no idea what is g... read more
Cancelled service before it even started. They did not show up on promised day to install and deliver water service to my elderly father. Even after a midday phone call, they assured me that someone would be there. Never happened. I will search elsewhere for him.
