This company is by far the WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever encountered. The call center lies and does not assist customers properly. I spoke with 4 different reps only to be bounced around and told they will have a supervisor call me. Obviously that didn’t happen so I called back the following day to cancel my services. Their customer service is horrible. They hook you in with cheap water prices, and then jack them up quickly. They also charge an abhorrent amount as a ‘fee’ every time they come to your home. I believe it is around $4. They also randomly change your schedule of delivery, and their response was always, well we called the day before we were coming, so we told you.
