I work at Beltone in Maryville and am fortunate that Nate Smith is our delivery person, he is always carrying in the heavy bottles with a smile. He delivers the water with speed and grace. Thank you Nate!
Driver is great, but you can not get through to customer service without a long wait, no consistent invoice billing date, horrible customer service, outrageous fees to receive invoice in mail. We could go on and on. I wish there was a better alternative.
We ordered service from Crystal Springs aka DS Services last in August and got an initial delivery of two bottles of water. They never came back. We called 4 times with a new promotional se of service each time and an apology. We finally quite and cancelled out of frustration. A representative reached out and offered to make things right by offering to give us two bottles of water free if we would remain customers. We reluctantly agreed.
