I've been using this company for many years and it has been absolutely horrific. I dreaded anytime I needed to make a change to my service because it was always wrong. In true form, when I finally cancelled and received my confirmation email that it was cancelled, the delivery driver shows up a few days later and leaves water bottles that I did not order. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I started ordering for convenience in November 2025. Every month the price has increased!! I amended my order but they still charged the original amount. I closed my account and they send me an email saying they are picking up 5 bottles when I’ve never ordered more than 2. I called twice about this 5 bottle pick up email and was told it has been canceled it was glitch in the system. Only to see the driver at my door today on my Ring camera.
This is the best water delivery service for our area. We are an underserved area of Jacksonville that has seen an influx on housing development. I am so glad for this company.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in 28 years of self-employment! The actual local delivery service was excellent up until I wanted to discontinue. I attempted to end the service and have them pick up their equipment and empty bottles. There are no local numbers to assist with anything! Everyone that I talked to was in the Philippines! The average time spent on at least 6 calls was about 30 minutes - only to have the line hang up on me! And get this… After every call, they had the nerve to ask... read more
