1 too many stars! We moved and they delivered the water to the wrong address! Twice then did nothingness but lie to us over and over! Don’t trust them
Delivery service has become very random. Lots of no shows. I sent several messages via their online form with no response. They won’t answer the phone. This company has some serious issues. Looking for alternative water service. Looks like they bought up all the water companies. Probably got so big they lost their way. Pretty common these days.
They don't have ANY natural spring water - only purified water across the board. Just know you are getting heavily chlorinated water. Since Primo bought them out - they have been terrible!
I have been a customer for many years, and I am very satisfied with the service and convenience of my water delivery.
