consistent problems with delivery. the delivery drivers, or someone, are literally changing my delivery schedule without notice or consent in order to make their deliveries more convenient for them. i have 2 addresses with delivery, and am constantly wondering why my bottles arent picked up or replenished. Best office decision we have ever made!
We had great service the first two years we used this service. Same delivery person, very helpful. In 2024 the service was awful: bottles not delivered, bottles not picked up. It's taken us 5 months to try to get the service terminated with a credit card charge billed every month even though the dispenser and bottles were picked up in April. Every time we've called, it's supposedly fixed only to have the charge appear the next month.
