The water delivery man today was awesome and went the extra mile to provide me with the correct order. I'm sure his job is harder when the information he gets from the main office is not the latest correct information. Only have 2 deliveries so far. He did a great job !! Thank you.
I should have looked up reviews! Seems all you do is refer people to an email address?!!! No local phone nor address to help? I just started using his and already it is very messed up including my name entirely wrong! I called Floridian number and emailed every way I could to stop further delivery until further notice of straightening out this mess! I still ended up with a delivery today??!! Been on hold for over an hour and a half trying to cancel my service. This is the only way to cancel and they don't answer. I will be contacting the FTC and BBB. Edit: 10 total hours of hold with disconnect after two hours of hold.
I use Crystal Springs for our dental office. Our cooler broke and I have had to call them 5 times to get replaced every time they say "it will get it delivered today." It has never happened. Customer service is ok but horrible delivery service.
Many years of rewarding service and fresh water. No more drinking from a hose with this guy!
