Have been with crystal springs for many many years, now I will have to change companies. I needed a new machine driver leaves it on my porch against my door at 6:30 am. I'm old and cannot lift it and carry it in and take the old one out. Even if I could not my job. Also couldn't even get out my front door because it was up against it. I would never recommend this water company to anyone. We have had nothing but problems with them over the years of service. I would give zero stars if that was an options. When you call customer service they are absolutely no help and do not care about you at all.
The guy that delivers didn’t pick up the empties, so we were charged for them on our late fees - despite requesting to take the empties. Would’ve renewed but still have 8 empties charging us and customer support won’t discuss it. The empties have been here for months now.
Use to be a good service. Now we have consistently been delayed. As a business we depend on prompt delivery service. WE are discontinuing our service. With this company after failed attempts to allow them to rectify the issue. Disappointed business owner.
We use to love our water delivery service but they have completely gone down hill- this is your sign to go with another company. The last three months we have had to call because our delivery keeps getting pushed back and honestly the customer service is terrible. The customer shouldn’t have to call every month because something is wrong. We have had the same order for YEARS, and they just could not get it together.
