I would never order water from someone whose drivers can’t stay on the correct side of the road. Coming down a residential street this truck came head on towards me. No blinker or anything poor driving manners. There was no traffic behind me and could’ve made a safe u turn to be parked in the correct side of traffic but I guess it wants to finish his shift early. Looked for a complaint number on website didn’t see one but your trucks should have complaint hotline number for safety reasons
Absolutely unprofessional. Sat here all day waiting on my first delivery from them. Never showed. NO call NO email and sat on hold 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer while hearing there stupid hold message telling me I could use chat on the app. wanna Guess what was NOT working as well? Yup Their chat. logged in just now and my order is gone.
