I stayed there for more than a year. I rented out an apartment that was filthy and had cockroaches roaming around. The management of Crystal Springs/Shea Apartments are not transparent and I do not recommend it to anybody, DO NOT BE TEMPTED by the OUTWARDS APPEARANCE. My experience living there with my family was not good at all and we have endured a lot of stress and damage due to the lack of management and clarity. Crystal Springs is a great place to live. We called it our home for two years and moved out last month. The maintenance staff is always friendly and available to fix repairs with no hassle. There are so many bad stories out there about management staff at apartments but that has never been the case with Crystal Springs. Overall, they've done a great job with making sure the grounds were always cleaned and maintained. The only thing is that they switch management staff what seems like every 6 months.
