Several deliveries missed. Offshore call center, so no way to connect locally to ask about delivery/pickup. Just : "So very, very sorry we did not meet your expectations sir...etc ". Meanwhile Empties blow around yard after multiple missed/muffed pickups. I repeat, no local contact whatsoever available .

The service is great, plus the drivers are courteous and polite. And very understanding to my needs for placing the cases of water where I asked him to place them as I can't lift them to carry up a flight of stairs.
I've been with Crystal Springs for about 3 years and my relationship with them has been great!
