To echo literally EVERY review, this company is terrible! I've been waiting for my water delivery for multiple weeks. I keep calling and the customer service rep will lie and promise a delivery within the next day. Well, I've literally died of dehydration at this point. ... 0 stars or rather negative 10 stars for this scam of a company.
They don’t deliver, they will not service your address after the merger in May. They stopped fulfilling orders and just give the promise deliver Tomorrow, then tomorrow happens again…. No delivery. Don’t bother with them.
Horrible service since the merger. My delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now!!! No easy way to cancel service online and no phone number to call.
I have been with Crystal springs for roughly 3-4 years now. They were recently purchased by Primo Water. I have been due a delivery since 6/7. Every day it gets pushed out to the next day, then, that morning, pushed out again. They also sent me a paper bill back in June to say I didn't owe them anything, but they were charging me $6 for the paper bill to tell me that. I have since cancelled the service and they still won't come to get their equipment and bottles and give me my deposit.
This company took over Crystal Springs Water and I haven't had a delivery yet...Primo you suk, maybe when you buy out a business you have a plan to service your customers!!! However, I am using your dispenser to dispenser your Competitors Water Product so thanks!! I will not be paying your dispenser bill because I have 11 empty return that will make the payment for me so if you want your payment come get the empty bottles!!!!
