Same exact story as the others. Have been a customer for years without issue other than an occasional rescheduled delivery. In June it was endless reschedules, I don't think I actually got a delivery. End of July I requested cancellation. I was asked to place my equipment outside for pickup on 7/28. Every day until mid august or so they just rescheduled the delivery until the next day. Finally called on 9/11. Was told the account was now actually cancelled. Was told pickup would be 9/15. Sounding like a broken record after reading the other delivery nightmares...same here promises, escalated to branch Mgr and still no water. Been getting water for 12 years here and never an issue until Primo arrived!
They’re terrible people to deal with. Never deliver water on time. Don’t give you credit for money that you paid . They merged with dear park and other company and all the customers suffer for their merged. I am very upset with them. If you are primo customer you know what I mean. Terrible service.
Absolutely awful since they changed to “primo brands” daily delivery date gets pushed day after day after day. They’ve delivered me a water machine with every order I have 3 of them only ordered 1. This company is an Absolute MESS. I’ve been buying my water at Home Depot or giant eagle because they’re so inconsistent.
I am now considering taking my water dispenser inside and leaving a note on the door saying “sorry your water pickup date has been moved”
