Dishonest and rude administration. They will have their way no matter what, without any consideration to tenants and their individual situations and needs. I was just vacationing in Puerto Rico with my family and had 2nd car parked in an uncovered parking, obviously collecting dust; and these people threatened me to tow the car because it looks "inoperable". So I cut my vacation short and left my family so I didn't have to deal with whole towing situation. As soon as my lease is done, I'm out of here.
Do not rent apartments here! bad administration breach contracts bad maintenance. I have the right as a resident to have my car parked as the contract says and they want to get it out. I will go to the last consequences for breach of contract and discriminatory attitude so prepare for what comes crystal springs.
RecommendedMaintenance has improved when responding to request. Pool area makes you feel like you are on vacation. When will the gates be fixed? -Robin (current lessee)
Disappointed. We went to view apartments to possible renting but they did not take my current roommates tribal ID as valid credentials and told us he will not be "allowed" to enter the vicinity because it does not "work" with the system. He did not have his drivers ID on him because his Tribal one is government issued and serves as an equal to a drivers ID. Very disappointed in this place and their system.
Currently in my second unit. Had to move out of the first unit after two days due to a cockroach infestation. About 3 months into my second unit, we had flooding in the bathroom. Turns out that the people above us were overfilling their bathtub and their bath water was draining into our unit through the vent which according to the employees it is “meant to do that since the vent is metal.” Lastly, parking is horrible!! It is a beautiful complex they have a gym pull the staff is wonderful and I enjoy living here
Only issues I have is the pool is constantly closed on Sunday. I only have the weekends to relax by the pool & hot tub.
This is the worst apartment complex EVER. Problems are never fixed, there is always an excuse as to why it takes so long to do ANYTHING. Your appliances will be broken, your plumbing will flood, your a/c will go out, and the list goes on. Management is terrible. No one knows anything. There is no organization, no communication, they’re constantly and forever “short-staffed”. I cannot stress enough how much you shouldn’t live here. Ever. For any reason. Just keep driving. Mgmt and maintenance suck! This is not a luxury apt, its a dump run by SLUM LORDS. Can't wait for this lease to be up.
