This place is filthy and smelly. Staff is rude and manager could not be reached. Never coming back.
I love this place! I have been to the Crystal Spa on multiple occasions and every experience was very pleasurable. I have been there mostly for massages, but every massage therapist I had was very professional and provided an excellent massage. I give the Crystal Spa 2 thumbs up and recommend this spa over all the other spas in the Saratoga Area.
Great Massage, Little Else to Offer I had a massage at Crystal Spa and really enjoyed the massage and my massage therapist, however I was not that pleased with the room. The bath was not spotless and the water had a strong scent of sulfur - not exactly what you're looking for to relax!
