I have been a patient of Dr. Smith-Spangler for over 12 years. She has always been consistent. She listens to your concerns, she 's very good at educating you on things you ask about, she is very gentle with the way she tells you something you should change course on and why, she answers messages you leave thru the Sutter health app( quickest way to address non appt concerns). I’ve been with Dr Smith Spangler for over 15 years. She has provided excellent care, listens to my health issues(I’m 81) and always strives to find solutions & make me comfortable. I highly recommend and have recommended her to friends.

She is very friendly and takes time to talk to you. She either remembers well or does her homework before seeing and asks question about all your conditions. The last time I went to see here, I was early and she was early too, so I was able to get out very quickly. She doesn't prescribe you medicine just for the sake, which I really like.
