My husband and I am currently renting a house from this company. They are the rudest group of people you will ever meet. They have no kind of home inspection when a former tenant leaves, then gets mad at when you call to complain about something no working in your home. Plus their agents are NEVER available which makes calling to get things fixed in your home harder. Honestly do not go with this realty company!!
Do not do business with Crystal Shores! Do not rent or buy a home from this company! If you do...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH CRYSTAL SHORES REALTY! I for one am going to get this word of warning out about this company’s shady business practices and Teresa Smith. Best Regards.
