I have been living at Crystal Shores for over five years now. I really have nothing but great things to say about the management and the maintenance there. They are extremely friendly and very understanding. Anytime a lightbulb needs changed or anything goes wrong, they are very quick to act and make things right. They are a very dog friendly community, which I appreciate very much and everyone cleans up after their pets. For apartments, they are fairly quiet units, probably because of the brick construction. I relocated to the Ohio with no knowledge of the area. Tina did a fantastic job of getting me set on a recently opened unit with only about a week of notice. I lived in the unit for about 8 months and only left after finding a home close to work. Otherwise I would have happily continued living at Crystal Shores. Good neighbors and nice community. Sam and Stan were always ready to help if needed. If life led me back, I wouldn't hesitate to call and sign another lease.
It is very quiet here. The environment is very relaxing. The staff is reliable. I am so glad this is the place I live.
