We were highly recommended Crystal Services for the cleaning of our many exterior sandstone walls and stairs. I was hesitant about cleaning, as some areas are soft and delicate. Their quote was very reasonable, and the service professional from the start. Crystal also cleaned our granite paved areas, pool surrounds, and washed the house. made a hole in the roof and has caused large amount of damage. PLEASE don't trust this group. could have been avoided this problem with any form of communication. avoid at all cost. Have never left a bad review on any page but needed to share. After having a review by insurance company they confirmed the cause of hole. which was the pressure washer. response below continues to show shift of blame. mistakes happen but your behavior has been both unprofessional and unethical
Had Crystal do a full ouside house clean incliding windows inside nd out - there were a few things missed or not up to standard so got them to comeback and get the job done to our satisfaction . Took a few phone calls and e-mals to get tham abck on the job but when they did come back were were happy with the overall outcome - i would recommred Crystal but in future would check everythng before they left to make sure the completed work was to the expected stanadrad
Crystal cleaned our gutters a year ago. Eleven months on we had a nice garden growing in them. An extra complication is that we have gutter guards, for which we paid extra. Rodrigo assures me that everything is fine and that they did the work they promised, which is reassuring. Not having made any traction with Rod, we asked someone else to clean them this year.
