John is an excellent landlord. He followed up me on my storage needs and then rented me a great unit and made it easy to pay. John is very responsive which gave me confidence he would take care of any issues (not that I had any). I highly recommend considering his business for your storage needs.
Crystal Self-Storage was a great company to work with. They were friendly, readily available via phone call or text, answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. This storage unit helped with our move tremendously. We moved from ND. The unit was reasonably priced and nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asked for my advice in moving to the Mankato area.
