The owner is insanely rude in person and on the phone . I made an appointment for my son which we both regret ! My son wanted color which faded within a week .Lily asked my son to return so she could fix it he made another appointment takes an uber to the salon just to be told they had a gas leak which I do not believe, Lily could've have called my son ahead of time to cancel . The owner needs to Elevate her attitude ! They are just lazy and unprofessional !
I have to give a shoutout to Crystal at El�vate Hair Parlour! She’s always so welcoming, takes the time to listen, and does an amazing job with my hair. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m truly grateful to have found her! If you’re looking for a great stylist, definitely go check them out. Highly recommend! 🙌🏻

my girl lily always gets me right for my 3 month trim haircut. she’s super sweet and easy to talk too! professional and always asks for your input and makes sure your taken care of from start to finish. <3
My wife and I first came to see Lily several months ago before my wife’s chemotherapy as her hair started to fall out. She was so friendly, professional and caring. We both decided to go ahead and get buzz cuts and I have been back to her several more times. She was quick to treat us both like long term customers and friends, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut and warm experience! Mark Reed
