I had a very good experience here. I was seen ,tested and treated very quickly. All of the staff was incredibly kind and patient. I will definitely be going back 🙂
Didn't get an appointment bcuz they dont use my insurance so I wasn't able to be seen
They gave a hard time about seeing me for coming 30 minutes before they close. If I came like 10/15 minutes before, I would get it, but 30? They told me since I can’t see a nurse they would charge my insurance for a Dr visit. Crystal run is such a scam.
Xray tech was great as were the intake nurses. Problems: elbow splint so tight my hand was 3x its size by morning. Cut not cleaned or covered so skin abrasion was stuck to the splint and edges of splint were so rough my arm has scratches and abrasions. My arm is purple/black all the way around from my elbow to shoulder. Rush job but got phone call 4 days later saying no fracture. Yikes!!
Today, the day before Easter I went in at 3:41pm and walked out at 4:10. There were only a few people in the waiting room. The triage nurses were great and thorough. Shortly after seeing them I saw Dr. Benson who was attentive and quick. Left my teens at urban air for this visit and didn’t miss a beat.
