Dismissive. I came in complaining of fever and body aches. I decided to go to urgent care in Monroe when I suspected my daughter had an ear infection and her doctor’s office was booked. The staff at the desk and the medical assistants are the only reason this place is getting ANY STARS AT ALL. First, the doctor, who was friendly but too quick, sent over an incorrect amount of antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy.
