Me and my family have been going to crystal run health care (optimum) for a long time we never had any problems besides receptionists not putting in personal information and having to answer there questions before trying to check in they were always great but lately there either short staff and get snippy with patients trying to check in and now we can only check in main lobbys where other suites can hear your personal business of what room you need to go in then to sit in room waiting for a doctor that doesnt know your ther... read more

Upon arrival for my appointment, I approached the reception desk where a woman with sandy blonde hair, glasses, and shoulder-length hair was typing on the computer. I requested that she verify whether I had correctly checked in. She responded that she was not clocked in and therefore unable to access the computer, instructing me to go elsewhere. I suggest that if an individual is dissatisfied with their life or job, they should consider the impact on their interactions with patients, who deserve respectful treatment.

Been seeing many doctors in this place. The nurses are always nice check ins are ok, but these doctors really have real care for patients. Scheduling appointments are a hassle always future dates given. Drs who have given you care for years but never get the proper care you need and tell you find other providers which is exactly what i did. Years ago this was the place to go comfort to home i wouldnt even recommend crystal run anymore

Very unsatisfactory experience. Primary care Dr. ( DR. Tawell) rushed and not interested in my concerns. His focus was on his protocol and focus. I could not continue with this appointment which was a follow up where I needed to get bloodwork done for specific issues and referrals. I found an excellent Dr. in a private practice who listens and has wonderful general knowledge and a fine staff.
