1-1/2 hour wait for “Urgent Care” and then over an hour to see a provider once inside. Never again on a Monday morning.
The doctors are great. The issue is such a shortage of workers that the few that are there are over extended and its difficult to get an appointment or communication back and forth.
My recent appointments and care at Crystal Run has improved greatly! Very happy with the care received. I walked out feeling so good - Amazing difference. Now I want to go back and have all my healthcare done at Crystal Run.
I dont trust nor like crystal run health care (optimum) anymore looks like im gonna have to file some complaints for a start
