When I call for appointment the receptionists talks on speaker phone. It sounds like they are in a toilet bowl talking. This is not just one phone call every time in the last month when I call. When I call Garnet for a Dr visit it is so much more professional.
Absolutely awful now. Impossible to get in touch with anyone, regardless of how severe the medical issue is.
Fell down the stairs at work and went to the emergency room at Rock Hill.I fractured my leg.The Dr threw a boot at me and walked out.I asked for an MRI and he said you don't need one.Very rude and The Doctors do not know what they are doing.All of them. Donna
The front desk did not tell me I had to register for my appointment upstairs. They just told me to go upstairs. I waited a half an hour until I finally asked why I wasn't being called for my appointment. They say it is because I had not logged in. The front desk should be more clear about what one has to do. I was not familiar with the procedures there. The girls in the entry reception don't seem very helpful. Maybe they are overworked. But the doctor I saw and her assistant were great.
