I’ve been a patient for many years and the scheduling gets worse early year. From having to wait several months for an appointment and when you finally get one, you wait for an hour and a half! The same excuse for all of them…the doctor is running late. Why over book the doctor schedules? I could see if this happens once in an awhile, but it is literally every appointment that I have. Sad…because I really like some of these doctors. However, I can’t be waiting like this. I have a job and kids. You can do better!

The only issue I had is there was a staff member when I came in I was parked by her vehicle she said to me you have all these parking spots and you going to park next to me. some people are just so miserable they can't help themselves other than that I had a good experience. I had Dr Patel look at my finger then he scheduled me for surgery the same week. he has good bedside manner the staff was actually good to other than the one that had a stick up her you know what

In my latest appointment the waiting time was inexcusable, the worst in our experience. We were about 15 minutes,or more, early for check in and that was quick. We sat for at least 30 minutes waiting while others were coming and going. I finally asked a nurse if the doctor was there or not. We were then called in shortly and given about 15 minutes of paper work to complete. My wife was now late for her next check in.
