I asked my internet for a script for my yearly mammogram and said I wanted to get a 3D mammogram. I was told by the doctors nurse “ we don’t do that we don’t recommend 3D mamograms” when I pressed that based on my research I wanted to get a 3D and I wasn’t planning on having it at Crystal Run but I needed the script from my doctor, I was given a hard time and told all they could do was give me a “non medical script ‘ I’m not sure what this means ? Been there from the beginning, liked the idea of all my Dr’s being connected. First PC Dr ( Tawil was awful, spent whole office visit on laptop, did not listen. They ran every heart test they could, nothing wrong but scared me crazy. Finally found new PC, Dr Nicoll, I like her very much & my husband does too. HATE the operator system, like playing ‘telephone’ but email on Patient Portal has helped. I had a tubal ligation done by Dr. ........... and according to the pharmacy she is not one for pushing pain medication which I think is absolutely wonderful but I think it needs to be done on an individual basis I am not part of this opioid abuse that is a rising problem I am a patient looking for pain relief after surgery that I am entitled to, they will not find drugs in my system and would not give me anything other than Motrin- after 10 phone calls telling them specifically what I am requesting a “one day” supply of a p... read more
great doctors...horrible service otherwise! billing dept staff is clueless! no one calls you back! you get shuffled around (if you are lucky enough to get through on the phone). just held on for billing for 15 mins then BAM , it turns to 5 oclock on Friday and thats it they went home! have to call back monday! Dr T has money to hire staff and do better, but obviously doesnt care to!! just another number in the community! they have taken over the area and have "US" by the kahunas! even went to urgent care and was forgotten in... read more
Too bad I can't leave less than one star. Called on 2/26 and left an URGENT message for my doctor to please call me. I also sent a message through NEXTMD on the same day. Well it's Thursday and I just got a return phone call message. I called back no less than 60 seconds later and guess what?! No one is available to talk too me! How do they let this happen? 4 days before a response? CRHC should be ashamed.
