Dr. DeVenney is an AMAZING pediatrician. I’m beyond thankful for his gentle care and support to my baby. He takes the time to answer any questions you have and truly cares about his patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be my son’s pediatrician.
I dread going and calling Crystal run healthcare. I was on the phone for over 1 hour to get my test results from 1 week ago. The customer service is horrendous. They don’t call you back when you leave a message. It’s just a horrible system they have over there. I think their whole system needs a complete revamp. I’m looking for another provider for my healthcare needs. I cannot do this anymore.
Well coordinated during covid, some doctors more professional than others and somewhat organized. Technology lacks in check in reliability.
Wrong address, it takes you to 155 crystal run and whoever is in charge of making the correct address is an idiot.
Everything was easy and prompt today! From scheduling a same-day sick visit, to seeing the doctor, to getting test results. Dr. Lynch was excellent. So nice the office does their PCR strep tests right onsite so we had our results in 20 minutes, and no longer have to wait days for strep culture to come back. Very pleased!
