Very disappointed on the service here …I have been going to different gynecologists through the crystal run network I can tell you I’ve had no luck here …this office specifically BEWARE !! I went to get a transvagnial ultrasound and the wand they inserted had no plastic on the wand for the bacteria that could be on it ..and ofc i immediately get a uti ..as I went back home I started getting all symptoms of a uti and it was the first time I ever got one ..moving on the reason I came in was that I was concern I had a cyst that... read more

They do not answer the phones here. Simply impossible to speak to someone.
I had a wonderful experience at this healthcare facility! The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and communicative, making me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Although I waited in the room for a little while, the staff and doctor made it worth it. Dr. Panda was very nice, thats about the obly nuce thing i can say. However everything else is just absolutely horrible. I was told I would hear back from the doctor in a few hours after a stat test, never happened. I got a call back days later soon realized It is Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone and basically played phone tag without being able to speak to the nurses.
