I never post reviews, but seeing only bad I figured I’d share my good experience - reading these shocked me!!! This provider is my top choice, I’ve been a patient for about 10 years now, for pre/post natal along with routine yearlys. Everyone is always kind. The doctors I see, Dr.Panda and Dr.Rangadhama, are amazing - they have always been supportive, caring and patient. Crystal Run’s quality of care has declined significantly. Truly need to start looking for doctors elsewhere. Having all providers under one roof isn’t worth it when the level of care and hospitality is lacking, reception is rude, doctors don’t care about your time, they rush you out your visit, and don’t even listen to your concerns. What is the point of having people come in 15 minutes early, to have them wait 30 mins past their appointment.
