The staff in the 81 building are absolutely disgusting. They are supper rude and have no care for the people who go into the building. Tracy was absolutely terrible and disrespectful I am pregnant and stressed as it is and she was just absolutely awful to me. I have been there twice now and was treated like nothing at this place. I feel anxiety every time I go in for an appointment. I have never been treated like this ever! They need to do a staff change. She obviously doesn’t like her job.
Trying to get medical records that do not appear on my chart is a nightmare
Truly horrific experience with this office of Crystal Run today. I genuinely never leave reviews, but this experience has left me reeling. I made an appointment for this office FIVE weeks in advance. Five. Weeks. This morning, the day of my appointment, I receive a notification that my appointment has been canceled because the doctor I chose does not accept my insurance.
