Overall, our wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Everything was beautiful, set up and ran smoothly. The only complaints I have about the venue was the lack of communication prior to the event and the events that followed the reception. BEWARE - DON;T BOOK LOOK INTO OTHER OPTIONS: I attended a family wedding and was not impressed with the service given to the bride and groom. This is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME DAY and this place treats it like Vegas - NEXT!!! Their goal - get them out. Most food items/entrees are frozen (no fresh vegetables), dressings are from a bottle - was not impressed. Our wedding was in January and everything was perfect. We planned the wedding sight unseen from out of state. We didn't even meet Brian until the day of the wedding, and I wouldn't have changed a thing. From day one of booking the facility, Jay, Brian and John were completely accommodating and reassuring. They were available to us whenever we had a question, irregardless of the time of day.
