One of the worst experiences ever! I called to order 2 bottomless coolers & 10, 5 gal. bottles of spring water a month for our assisted living facility. I called on the 9th of Aug. for delivery on the 12th of Aug. they emailed saying it was delivered, it was not. They said they would deliver on the 19th; they called asking to deliver it on the 20th, then scheduled it for the 21st, no show. We set up a new account with Primo Water and were promised delivery on 8/13. They claimed they came, but never did. Then they rescheduled for 8/15, didn’t show. Again on 8/19, no show. Then 8/20 and 8/21, still nothing. On 8/22, after multiple failed attempts, we told them if they couldn’t deliver that day we’d cancel. They admitted they couldn’t deliver...again. Primo Water repeatedly promised and failed. Completely unreliable. We canceled our account.
Absolute Scam Artists, I cancelled my account, they are trying to charge me for water that would have been delivered AFTER the cancellation. I asked them TWICE to pick up their machine explaning that I CANNOT leave it outside unattended or it will get stolen, simply asking for someone not to call but to KNOCK on my door or Ring the Bell bro its not so hard
WARNING! Do not do business with this company, it is not possible to cancel your account. Your experience will be similar to many others - they will not deliver your water on time, they will leave bottles outside your door, they will incorrectly charge your account (i.e. additional fees without notice, incorrect bottles charged, no credit for bottle deposits but will charge for more bottles), and then when you go to cancel your life is a living hell and you will call over and over and over again while they promise you dates ... read more
