I have been skipped for the two deliveries. Before that the bottle was left outside the apartment building, no empty bottle pick up. Folks the list goes on. I have emailed, called, and tried to get a long list of issues resolved with little to no communication, definitely no resolution. You can’t depend on water delivery or pickup. Try another company. I’m canceling.

I have called and emailed almost everyday and they keep pushing off our delivery. No one has gotten back to me at anytime that I've called. We're done! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Your answer is a stock response. I have tried for one month to have someone email or call me, with no response. You need to DO BETTER!

Despite making 3 phone calls and sending emails over the past weeks regarding Crystal Rock continuously rescheduling my delivery to a Saturday (we are a business with M-F hours), we STILL have no water weeks later and I was promised a return phone call yesterday that never happened. Go somewhere else for your water needs.
Missed my last 3 promise dates and I have yet to get a return call or answer. Still no water.
