Horrible company, I’m canceling. They leave my delivery at the end of my long driveway. Came home to my water bottles rolling around the driveway by the road. Bunch of idiots driving the trucks. Would give 0 stars if I could

This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The people answering the “customer care” line simply don’t know what they are doing or do not care. No communication, no customer support, not one supervisor or manager that follows up and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Literally the WORST company!
These driver are terrible! First one tore stuff off my mothers house by backing in (didn’t need to back in) causing this item to fall off the house and hitting my vehicle, he almost backed INTO my moms car, nothing has been done. Now today 1/25/2020 almost TWO weeks later, he (the driver) AGAIN destroying her property because they’re carelessly backing up. Blocked traffic, tow truck and cops showed up. Tow driver nice enough to fill the damage in BUT not the point, damage Has been done to the yard and he’s lucky he DIDNT hit... read more
