Super fed up with this company. They got one delivery right before they started messing up. Not notifying that they were here, rescheduling delivery without contacting, plain just not showing up, showing up but not delivering the full order, and it's 30 minutes or more waiting on hold every single time I need to call because they messed up. Incredibly frustrated and would not recommend this company to anyone
Would give zero stars. Horrid company. Your delivery dates will be rescheduled the day of delivery for months on end. Drivers lie and say you refused delivery, drivers lie and say they knocked on your door and no one is home. They will still charge a rental fee for your equipment sitting empty. They will not call you if your delivery is rescheduled, they will just email you after they don’t show up during the delivery window letting you know it’s rescheduled. had small miscomunication but they reached out and remedy situation been happy since thanks guyys
I had a pleasant conversation with a customer service representative on the delivery service at the beginning. I set up the account, allowing the customer service rep to gather all the necessary information, including our address. The rep made sure they had all the information and even took the first payment ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The delivery date came and went.
